- 1 apple peeled, cored and sliced
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 Tsp apple pie spice
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 Tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 date pitted
- 1 scoop vanilla or unflavoured protein powder of choice
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- A few ice cubes
Directions:
1. Blend all smoothie ingredients in a blender on high for 30-60 seconds or until
