INGREDIENTS:
- ¾ cup of flour
- 1 ¼ cups of oats
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 1 egg
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- ½ cup melted coconut oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Beat eggs, brown sugar, coconut oil and egg together using an electric mixer for 1 minute.
- When done, add applesauce and mix again just until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
- Add dry ingredients into the wet and mix together until combined.
- Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
