INGREDIENTS:
- Crust of choice, I like whole wheat english muffins but pita or tortilla works too
- 2 tbsp sugar-free bbq sauce
- 30g cooked chicken breast
- 30g mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp diced red onion
- Chopped spinach, 1-2 tbsp
DIRECTIONS:
- Toast the crust under the broiler until slightly golden brown on the edges.
- Assemble the pizza starting with sauce, toppings and lastly cheese.
- Place back under the broiled until cheese is melted, approximately 3-5 minutes.
