INGREDIENTS:
- 1lb (450g) chicken breast
- 80g greek yogurt
- 80g avocado oil mayo
- 3 – 6 tbsp franks buffalo sauce, add slowly and taste as you go
- 130g chopped carrots
- 130g chopped celery
- Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine greek yogurt, mayonnaise and buffalo sauce to make a dressing. For a lower fat option, mayo can be subbed 1g for 1g of greek yogurt.
- Add cooked chicken, carrots and celery and mix well/
- Store in the fridge and serve over toast, lettuce wraps, or eat alone!
