- 1 cup (100g) Grated Carrots (use a cheese grader)
- 1/2 cup (80g) Nut Butter (We used Almond Butter)
- 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 cup (90g) Quick Oats
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg.
Instructions:
Roll into 10 balls and refrigerate.
