Carrot Cake Oatmeal Bake
- 2.5 cups Quaker Quick Oats
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots (I used a food processor)
- 3 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- (Vanilla Protein is optional, I did not use any)
Directions:
- Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl (cinnamon, baking powder, spices, oats and carrots)
- Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl (egg, applesauce, vanilla, almond milk), beat lightly.
- Spray your baking pan lightly with oil, I used an 8×8 pan
- Bake for 45 minutes on 350
Cut into 6 squares, let cool and serve with desired toppings. Desired toppings will affect macros
