INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups of oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 bananas mashed
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 2 cups almond milk
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl (oats, baking powder, salt).
- Mash the banana and combine with the wet ingredients (maple syrup, peanut butter, almond milk).
- Add the wet ingredients into the dry and mix well until combined. Fold in chocolate chips at the end.
- Divide into muffin tins, recipe will make 16 regular muffins or 12 large.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
