Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line two baking sheets
In a mixing bowl combine the banana, almond butter, almond milk and vanilla extract. Add the almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Mash with a fork or electric beater and combine until smooth.
Fold in the chocolate chips, chopped walnuts and dates.
Place dough onto baking sheets, this recipe yields 12 cookies. Press a banana slice onto the top of each cookie
Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden, remove cookies from the oven and cool.
