INGREDIENTS:
- ¾ cup creamy cashew butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon organic matcha powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- teaspoon vanilla
- scoops collagen powder
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- Pinch of sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender.
- Pulse blend on high until all ingredients are well combined.
- Using your hands, roll into balls.
- Coat the balls in coconut flakes. Enjoy pre or post workout, as a snack on the go, a goodie with your morning coffee or sweet treat to end the night.
