Ingredients:
- 30g rolled oats
- 12g chia seeds
- 10g maple syrup
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup egg whites
- ⅓ cup unsweetened coconut milk
- ½ banana
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Mix the oats, chia seeds and maple syrup with ½ cup of water. Stir and microwave for 60 seconds.
- Add ¼ cup egg whites and microwave for 45 seconds. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour over ⅓ cup coconut milk, add ½ sliced banana, 1 tbsp hemp hearts,
sprinkle cinnamon over top and enjoy!
