*100g Spinach with a drizzle of oil oil (half teaspoon at most)
* 80g cooked Quinoa
* 60g cooked Yams
* Roasted Red Pepper
* fresh Red Bell Pepper
* 30g Garlic Hummus
*Picked Beets / Red Onions (optional)
* Toppings: chilula & chipotle hot sauce (or swap out for your favs!)
*2 Poached Eggs (Macros is with 2 eggs, but you can swap this for whatever protein you desire, it’s really good with smoked salmon as well!)
Simply put all ingredients in a bowl, and voila!
