INGREDIENTS:
- 1 small apple (approximately 150g)
- ½ tbsp coconut oil
- ½ tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp oats
DIRECTIONS:
- Add coconut oil to a small pan and heat on medium heat.
- Add apples and allow to cook until soft, approximately 5 minutes.
- Add in maple syrup and oats, allow to continue to cook for 2-3 minutes. This is important to ensure the oats absorb the moisture and aren’t left raw.
