Sauce Ingredients (2 servings)
- 1 tablespoon Honey (or agave)
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce (can use GF or Low Sodium)
- 1/2 Fresh Squeezed Lime
- 1/4 teaspoon Chili Flakes
Protein of choice: 110g Sockeye Salmon (this sauce would also be good with chicken breast!)
Instructions:
- Put Honey, Sriracha, Soy Sauce, Lime Juice and Chili Flakes into one small mixing dish, mix well.
- Place desired protein in bowl, pour sauce mixture on top
- Let sit and marinate for 20 minutes
- Place protein on baking sheet or frying pan, pouring the remaining yummy sauce on top for extra flavour
- Bake or pan fry until cooked
