Ingredients (for 1 serving):
- 45g Oats
- 10g Chia Seeds
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 3-6 Vanilla Stevia Drops
- 1 Ripened Peach (100g)
- 25g Light Coconut Milk
- 15g Nut Butter
Directions:
- Mix the oats, stevia, chia seeds and cinnamon in a bowl and pour 1 cup of boiling water over them and let sit for a few minutes.
- While they sit, slice your peach into small slices and pan fry on medium heat for 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Microwave the oats for 30 – 60 seconds, or until you get the consistency you prefer.
- Remove the peaches from your pan and place them on the oats.
- Pour the light coconut milk over top, then add the nut butter.
- Serve along side a protein shake or egg whites!
