- 1 Whole-Grain Whole Wheat Tortilla
- 150g Chicken Breast
- 30g Avocado
- 2oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup Arugula
- 1 tbsp Pesto
- Start by cutting halfway through the middle of your tortilla and laying it out flat.
- You will then divide your ingredients into the four 1/4 sections. Make sure that your cheese go on top or bottom right for maximum melting.
- Once all ingredients are added, beging folding your wrap starting with the bottom left section folding up, right, and down again.
- Transfer to pan in low/medium heat for 2 minutes a side using either your regular go-to spray, coconut oil, etc.
