Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- 400g Chicken Breast
- 2 tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 cup (30g) Pretzel Crumbs (gluten free available)
- 1 tsp Cayenne (or more if you like it spicy!)
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
Directions:
- Slice your chicken breast into strips.
- In a bowl mix the yogurt, mustard and honey and coat the chicken strips.
- In another bowl, mix together the pretzels and spices.
- Coat the chicken breast in the pretzel mixture and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 425 F / 215 C for 15 – 20 minutes (or in the air fryer, at 400 for 15 minutes) until crispy and the chicken is cooked through.
- If you want a dipping sauce, mix 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp dijon mustard, 1 tsp cayenne, 1 tsp garlic salt, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp chili powder and 1 tsp honey together – voila!
