Protein Avocado Toast
Ingredients (for 1 serving):
- 1 piece of desired bread (we used Silver Hills Sprouted Power)
- 50g Avocado
- 125g 2% Cottage Cheese
- 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1 Egg
Directions:
- Mix the avocado and cottage cheese together, then mix in the nutritional yeast
- Pan fry, poach or boil your egg
- Toast your bread
- Top with the avocado mixture, and place the egg on top!
