Ingredients (Cake):
- 1 scoop of @1upnutrition Unicorn Donut Protein Powder
- 3 tbsp Sweetener of choice
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 cup of Egg Whites
- 3 tbsp of Non Fat Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened Applesauce
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Ingredients (Frosting):
- 2 tbsp Non Fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Sweetener of choice
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

Ingredients (Coating):
- 1 oz Chocolate Chips of choice
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
- Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions:
- Preheat over to 350 degrees
- Whisk together dry cake ingredients
- Add wet ingredients
- 4. Pour batter into a lightly spray bread loaf and bake for 15 minutes then, set cake aside to cool for 10 minutes
- In another bowl, mix all frosting ingredients until smooth, then crumble cooled cake into frosting ingredients
- Press cake mixture into mold of choice or form into 8 balls
- Stick candy sticks and then place in freezer for 5 minutes
- While cake pops are in freezer, melt chocolate and coconut oil
- Once 5 minutes is up in freezer for cake pops, take them out then roll them into the melted chocolate and coconut oil and then top with sprinkles if desired. ⠀⠀
- Store in fridge for up to one week or freezer for one month.
