- 1 frozen banana (120g)
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 2 dates (optional based on sweetness preference)
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup unsweetened cashew milk
- Place all the ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.
- If you like a thick texture, I recommend starting with only ¼ cup of milk and adding more only where needed.
