INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana
- 140g frozen mixed berries
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup water (can use a little less for an extra thick smoothie if you have a powerful blender)
Toppings (optional) – choose whatever your heart desires! We used
- 5g chia seeds
- 10g chopped hazelnuts
- 5 grams quick oats
DIRECTIONS
- Mix vanilla protein powder and water in a shaker cup or in a bullet blender
- Place frozen mixed berries and bananas in a blender with protein shake and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and add desired toppings.
