In a large pan on medium heat add your ground turkey along with all of the seasonings: coconut aminos, ponzu sauce, sriracha, garlic, chili flakes, grated ginger, rice wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook the turkey in the pan for about 8-12 minutes or until the turkey is cooked through.
Follow cooking instructions for rice as directed on the package. Steam all vegetables for 3 minutes until tender, be sure not to over steam.
Portion out 4 oz of cooked turkey per person, 1 cup cooked jasmine rice and add as many vegetables as you please. This Teriyaki Turkey Bowl is simple yet so nutritious and flavourful. Enjoy!
