INGREDIENTS:
- 2 x 5oz filets of salmon
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp turmeric
DIRECTIONS:
- Blend the oil, lemon juice and spices to make a marinade.
- Place salmon and marinade in a bowl and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Transfer the salmon to a pan and drizzle any remaining marinade over the fish.
- Cook at 450 for 10 minutes.
